Summary: Katie was very friendly prior to us staying there, which I appreciated and it set a nice tone. The house was nice, the upper area having kitchen and dining area with a wall of windows that look out onto the small bay and bird sanctuary. We cooked here a lot and the kitchen is well stocked!! We have small children who loved the games and babies who loved the pack n play. We mostly hung outside on the deck with a lovely fireplace and watched birds come and go. It was a nice little getaway and I would stay here again.

Summary: The area we stayed in was great! The views from the upper deck were awesome! We saw the resident eagle and mate a few times, and the deer came around often. At night we heard a great-horned owl. The house itself was comfy. The fireplace downstairs definitely heated the house quickly. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all we needed. The island itself was fun to explore. We had a great week!!
