Positive: Good location close to Palma. Sister hotel across the road was a much higher standard and where most of the photos are taken for marketing purposes. Breakfast was excellent.
Negative: Supposedly upgraded to one of the bungalows. Assume they were out of double rooms in the main hotel. Bungalow smelt as if it hadn't been used for months and was very dated. Car parking was confusing with no signage or advance guidance as what or where to go.
Summary: Hotel in a good location but looks very tired.

Positive: - Friendly and lovely staff at front desk and at breakfast (very attentive) - Breakfast was delicious, plenty of food to choose from and gluten free options (bread, muffins ). Fresh fruit, juices - a big plus - Nice pool area with beautiful garden - Comfortable beds - good value for money
Negative: - our shower was broken and water was running two ways - quite old rooms, balcony glass door wouldn’t close completely - we had no shower gel - it was filled o our last day - no kettle in the room or coffee machine - generally it is a nice hotel for 3-4 days

Positive: The garden and the pool area are amazing, just the water was a bit cold. Breakfast was really good, with various choices and quick refreshment. Room had a nice view, the bed was comfortable and near the hotel is free public parking which was really helpful.
Negative: Before arrival we had very high expectations regarding the service that was not exactly met during our stay. We arrived around 1 pm, but the desk representative insisted we would wait until exactly 3 pm for check in, which can obviously have an operational reason, but the fact that we couldn't check in even 15 minutes earlier gave us impression that was just overly scrupulous; During breakfast we sat on a slightly larger table and received an unpleasant remark from staff, which I also believe could be handled with a different tone of voice. These reasons are maybe minor, but exactly these details create an outstanding service that the hotel needs to aim for.

Positive: Good location near nice beach Balneario Illetes and few minutes by bus to Fundació Miró.
Negative: This is quite old building and You can feel that it needs renovation; there are only few facilities in the hotel area. The staff happened to be openly rude (with some exceptions). We booked two rooms with the same standard but got one smaller and definitely not even partially renovated.
Summary: You can easily book better.
