Positive: The location of the hotel is lovely, right on the sea and very good transport connections into Palma. The staff were very friendly and helpful, amazing breakfast with a stunning view. The spa was lovely and the facial I had was amazing. The bed in the room was sooooo comfy!
Negative: The breakfast didn't open until 7.30 which was tricky as I needed to catch a bus at 8am. Unfortunately you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms when people were out on the balcony and my next door room were making lots of noise till almost midnight and I heard everything through the closed balcony door. There was no hand soap by the sink in the room. The jacuzzi in the spa wasn't very hot. Although a sea view from my room, it was mostly by two large trees and the rooms on the right side so that was a bit disappointing.
