Positive: The location to golf courses was ideal although a tad noisey with passing traffic.

Negative: The height of the shower head in ensuite bathroom...hard to reach to adjust being shorter in stature & the shower over the bath in 2nd bathroom had pathetic water pressure & control of water temperature was so spasmodic.
