Summary: Great communication during booking process, easy to deal with. Kate’s Place is awesome! Close to everything, so many places to eat and an easy walk to the river and playground with the kids. Rooms are a great size with everything you need. Thanks for a great weekend! Will stay again.

Summary: Perfect location for our weekend, walking distance to shops ( in the Main Street above Strumpet) restaurants and beaches. Appreciated the option for early check-in and late check-out. Kathleen is a great host and very responsive to any questions etc.

Summary: Kate great to deal with. Check in/ electronic lock easy to use. Apartment extremely clean and no signs of wear. Balcony easily accommodated us so we could enjoy watching the world pass by. Tree added privacy and shade. We walked nearly everywhere. Great place to stay.
