Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just one house back from the beautiful mangroves of the Barwon River estuary, this modest French inspired cottage has recently been renovated keeping all of the original charm but integrating it with modern and luxurious style.
The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated and are bright, airy and include modern appliances. The living, dining and 4th bedroom overlook a massive outdoor BBQ and entertaining area. All bedrooms are spacious and include built-in robes. Two of the 4 bedrooms have en-suites and the main bathroom, which includes a bath, services the other two bedrooms.
The house features split system air conditioning as well as hydronic-heating throughout. A double lock-up garage ensures vehicles can be stored securely.
The house is situated on a large 1000 square metre block with a beautiful fully-fenced cottage-style garden for you to relax in. There is ample room and plenty of shade for your family pets. The outdoor entertaining area is a feature of this property and the massive decked area features both open and undercover areas - perfect for a quiet and relaxing get-away.
Enjoy walks with the dogs along the Barwon estuary boardwalks or take a short drive to the designated dog beach just past the 13th beach lifesaving club. There are activities a-plenty in Barwon Heads as well as a thriving cafe and retail strip on Hitchcock Avenue - which is also within walking distance.

Summary: We found property to be spacious and clean with ample ensuites for 7 people. Outdoor area was great, plenty of room for BBQ which was clean . Appliances were all you needed and the best part was the coffee machine. Highly recommend

Summary: Property was as described and depicted in photos. It was the perfect short stay for my husband and I and our elderly dog. We appreciated the open plan kitchen and lounge, quality appliances, ammenities and decor. Our dog enjoyed wandering safely around outside in the pleasant and secure front and back yard and snoozing under the big shade tree adjacent to a very comfortable deck and barbecue area.

Summary: House, location, all good but property needs maintenance. bathroom taps need new washers as ensuite taps are very difficult to turn on or off. No doors on the ensuites, not really acceptable. BBQ not used.... needs tuff clean! Air con in living room very noisy and needs maintenance.

Summary: This is a Perfect location for a family with young children and dogs. Very private, picturesque road. Property felt safe with the electric gate and fencing. Kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend.
