Two furnished balconies, offering shade, sun and fresh Gulf air, complement its location on the beachside of wonderful 30-A. The convenient elevator quietly delivers guests right to their front door, which opens to a spacious first level floor plan including a laundry, bathroom, kitchen and open living/dining room. Ethereal lighting effected by transom French doors and innumerable casement windows draws attention to the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and the eclectic furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa, Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Stainless steel appliances, black granite and maple cabinets stand ready for the gourmand or carefree chef. The ample dining/game table enjoys its own bright and airy nook adjacent to the first level balcony and seats six while the breakfast bar offers martini stools for an additional four. Summary: The property was very nice and worked well for our family. The only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work and we had to throw away some food at the beginning of our stay. The management company told us the problem has been fixed but it was taken care of after we left.

Summary: The only thing that needed to be addressed were the balconies and patio furniture. They needed to be cleaned. The management company took care of it. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed our time at the condo and in that location. We would come back for sure!
