Natural light illuminates the beadboard paneling and refinished hardwood floors inside this idyllic condo, featuring an abundance of windows and refined furnishings. The open-concept floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen areas lets guests move and converse freely between the spaces. Prepare a local seafood feast in the kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops before dining at the 4-person dining table in the windowed alcove. There are 2 more seats at the bar. Summary: We recently stayed at this vacation rental, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning stopped working multiple times during our stay. With the hot weather, it made the place uncomfortable, especially at night. We tried reaching out to the 360 Blue the first time the unit went out (late one evening after a long day in the sun and a long travel day before) multiple times to report the issue, but the response was slow, and when we did hear back, there was little they could offer that late at night. We ended up having to book another room for the night, obviously being exhausted and not wanting to wait around in the heat for maintenance to see if it could even be fixed. The poor customer service was really frustrating. It seemed like the host wasn’t really concerned about the inconvenience we were facing. For a rental that promises a comfortable, relaxing experience, it was anything but.I’ve stayed in plenty of rentals before, and I’ve never encountered such a lack of responsibility. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their maintenance and customer service.Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're sure the issues are fixed, and you’re prepared for a potential lack of support if something goes wrong during your stay.

Summary: Place was gorgeous and very clean. Perfect for two people. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Outdoor space was excellent. We didn’t use the beach chairs but glad they were available. Bed was a little soft for our taste but comfortable. We would stay again.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our needs and we loved staying right next to the Beach Club! WiFi did not work the entire time we were there, so that was the only issue since we needed to work from the condo from time to time.

Summary: The condo in Watercolor was wonderful- great location and access to all Watercolor has to offer. The condo is perfect for a family of four with smaller kids that will share a pull out sofa or a couple. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The distance to the beach and Watercolor beach club was fantastic as were the convenience of the bikes at the property. We just wish it was explained a bit better that there were no inside stairs between the units and wished there had been communication prior to when contractor/handymen stopped by to assess some windows on the first floor and asked if they could come inside to see it from the inside… but otherwise everything worked out and we had a great week!

Summary: We love staying at Watercolor & chose this condo specifically for the upstairs balcony where the sunsets were amazing! And honestly this was the best part about the condo. When we entered there was definitely a musty smell that another guest had mentioned. It is in need of updating regarding decor & appliances & bathrooms. With the cost of the rental we were a bit disappointed over all. 360 Blue was very attentive & called several times to see if we needed anything so that was great
