Positive: I booked through booking.com but was sent an email with a private contract that stated I had to sign it or my stay wasn’t yet booked. Naturally, this made me uncomfortable and nervous given I’d already paid and booked through the website. I enjoyed the house, the pool was needing maintenance and they took care of it quickly. The property was nice, but as soon as I entered the smell indicated it hadn’t been cleaned well. I went ahead and cleaned up myself.

Positive: Location was great. Not in the busy and hassle of spring breakers. Beaches were close. Having the pool was a definite plus. Was able to have some down time. Everything we needed from trash bags to all beach stuff. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in the area.

Positive: This place more than met my expectations. Pictures of the house a pretty spot on. There are so many benefits to renting here. We had access to all the beach amenities we needed. It was a great place to relax after a day of watching baseball or going to the beach.
Negative: I've rented houses before, but I have never been asked to wash the towels we used or strip and wash the bedding. I guess not a big deal just different since I did have to pay a cleaning fee.
