This large & spacious home is a great base for visiting the Venice area. Formal living room & dining room plus family room. Eat in kitchen, with table & 4 chairs, plus an island & bar stools. Live the Florida life style with plenty to do in this tropical setting within a short drive. Use the provided 2 bicycles to ride the Legacy bicycle/walking trail (17 miles long) only 2 1/2 miles away. Four Beach Chairs, umbrellas & 2 sharks teeth shovels. Venice fishing pier is 5 miles away. (No Salt Water License necessary at Venice Fishing Pier) Three fishing poles & tackle, bait bucket, & cooler for guest use. Cannon Printer & golf clubs supplied. 10 great golf courses under 5 miles away. Oscar Scherer park (6 miles) with fishing, swimming, canoeing/kayaking & hiking trails. Spring time brings Baseball Spring Training with Atlanta Braves CoolToday Park 7 miles away. Downtown Venice has fun, great shopping & excellent restaurants. Walmart Super Center just 1 mile away. Pet friendly with owner approval. All pets must have long term flea & tick medicines. During the winter season, January thru April, rental must be for a entire month . Any other amount of time is with owner approval

Summary: Very spacious, lovely clean home. Pictures do not show how expansive this home is. Charlie is a very good host. He contacted us to make sure we arrived ok and was quick to respond if we had questions about the property. We are looking forward to our next visit! Thanks for the great stay!
