2 Bedroom Condo in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

Welcome to our “Emerald Beach Dreams” condo!
Breath-taking and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico that only an 11th floor upscale condo can offer!
This is a wonderful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo!
MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, with tub/shower combo and separate vanity/sink area.
GUEST BEDROOM: YOU PICK either 2 Twin Beds OR 1 King Bed. There's a pack-n-play for a tiny guest. Guest bathroom has walk-in shower. The guestroom is perfect for another couple, or a couple of kids...depending on how you request it to be set up. This is a great feature!
The couch is a sleeper sofa for an additional guest.
Condo Sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. No more than 6 people in the condo per the fire code. Registered guests only.
The bedrooms each have 32" TV's.
The living room has 55 inch Roku Smart TV.
Free WIFI.
Beachside 1 has a new (2021) beautiful beachfront pool and hot tub on the premises. There is a fitness center that looks directly out to the pool.
Sit on the multi-level observation deck on the beach to catch a sunrise or sunset.
Two large gas grills on the garden level for your use and picnic tables to eat at, just across from the pool/hot tub area.
Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy the 11th floor views. You can watch the winter sunsets, pods of dolphins, planes flying from the air force base, boats, and lots of fun beach activity... there is always something to see! This view is EVERYTHING! Seriously, incredible!
The kitchen has all the amenities that your group will want for the best vacation ever!
The dining room table seats 6. There is a wooden restaurant style high chair for a small kid.
We are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. On the 11th Floor, this condo building has two elevators.
There are three public golf courses on the property, and one private course.
We have a variety of beach chairs in the kitchen closet for your use.
Park your car in our secured lot. Condo building/property have security cameras monitored by the association. Ring security doorbell. We have security guard that monitors the property and beach access. Our beach is a private beach for our owners and guests only, and wristbands are required.
Free TRAM service around the secured and private Sandestin Property. There is golf, shopping, dining, mini golf, and Baytowne Wharf with all their activities too. So much fun without having to get in your car!
If you are looking to rent for longer stays in the winter, please ask about that availability.
This a strictly a non-smoking condo unit and balcony. No pets allowed.
We encourage you to look into Travel Insurance and the Cancel For Any Reason policy to decide if that is right for you. We don’t have any connections to this type of insurance, but know this can help cover unexpected events that might arise like hurricane season, illnesses, travel issues, etc. Please prepare for the unexpected, just in case.
Our condo is proudly Owner-managed. Text, call, or email with questions. We have a list of suggested restaurants and attractions from our experience, just ask for that and will email you that. “We own the condo, but you own the memories!” Please have the best time!

Summary: Wonderful stay of 4 nights over our March spring break. Two adults two teens. Place is perfect! Very clean, comfortable! Balcony and view out bedroom is gorgeous. Even with 60s temp, great stay! Walked the beach each morning and evening. Heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and empty every late morning! Beach is so clean, not crowded, and the water is gorgeous! Four beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodle, soccer & volleyballs available.

Summary: The condo is spacious and charming with breathtaking views of the beach! It was the perfect size for our family of four. Our kids (ages 2 and 6) loved time on the private beach and in the pool. Location is convenient to lots of great restaurants and entertainment options. Owners provided great recommendations and always responded promptly to my questions. My husband and I sat on the balcony every night after the kids went to bed and enjoyed the peacefulness. Also fun to watch flashlights dot the beach as people searched for crabs after dark. Lovely condo! Wonderful vacation!

Summary: We loved Katie & Brian’s place! It was perfect for us. The ocean-front balcony was such a delight for reading in the morning while listening to the waves, feeling the fresh air, and enjoying the spectacular view. The beach is just steps away from the elevator door. The condo was immaculate and precisely as described. Nice new decor, comfortably firm beds, well appointed kitchen, spacious living room. Katie was very clear and timely in all her communication. We look forward to our next stay!

Summary: Katie is the best host ever! Available and quick to respond for everything. Easy check in and out in a gated community. Great stocked property with fantastic amenities We came before Christmas walked on the beach daily weather in the 50s. We swam in the heated pool and were in the hot tub multiple times a day. Grocery store across the street...tons of restraints and shopping galore! Highway 30A was a fun way to spend our cloudy day. Can't say enough about this place! The views are spectacular, perfect for our family of 4! Can't wait to come back😊
