Summary: Things to keep in mind… condo is on second floor with about 25 steps. No parking. Still not sure where to park, but we paid about 35$ a day to park. Towels are In bottom of dresser drawer. No toiletries. So make sure you bring your own.

Summary: Excellent location on King Street in Charleston, SC. The condo's decor is modern and clean with spacious living room and bedroom. There were no basic soaps or shampoos available in the bathroom and the bathroom only had one set of towels. The other towels were found wet in the dryer. Upon arrival, the unit was unlocked and unable to secure from the inside and outside. We immediately contacted the host, which assured us we could leave our belonging unlocked inside. Upon insisting that was not an option, the host sent a locksmith. He arrived 90 minutes later, which unfortunately resulted in us missing our dinner reservation. The situation was resolved, and we were able to secure the condo for the remainder of our stay. There was a notice on the door that it was a non-permitted short-term rental and unsafe to occupy. We did not find that it was unsafe.

Summary: Beautifully furnished, clean & comfortable apartment. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping as well as College of Charleston. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
