As soon as you enter the private courtyard, with its new brick pavers, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house - from the engineered wood flooring to the chocolate glazed kitchen cabinets with shiny subway tile back splash. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all of the furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the 60'' flat screen television with WiFi and enjoy the wet bar with wine refrigerator. Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has new carpet throughout with two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.
Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!
Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The family room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress! The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.
There is an enclosed front court yard. Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.
The master suite is sizable with a KING size MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. There is also a 40" flat screen T.V.
The 2nd bedroom has a KING mattress with a 36" flat screen .The full bath in this bedroom also as a shower/ tub combo. The stack-able washer and dryer is located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).

Summary: Unit was very dated as well furnishings, outside patios. Shag carpet, needs to be removed as well as any other carpet mats. Bathrooms should be updated. Some sink fixtures were loose. Upstairs bedroom closet had silverfish. Floor in dining area apparently has moisture under it. Dark & depresssing .

Summary: This condo was very nice. The layout is great and it was clean. There was some minor wear, but nothing out of the ordinary for a well used, well loved place. The decor was charming. The host was responsive. The location is great and the golf cart made getting to the beach access very easy. The kitchen had all the equipment and tools we needed, but if you are going to cook, remember your spices. I found a number of floats, chairs, fishing rods, beach toys, and umbrella in the shed to the right of the entrance. I am assuming they were left by former visitors, so make sure you check before buying or renting your own. Overall we really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to others.
