This amazing 4- bedroom, 2- bathroom waterfront home offers the perfect retreat.
Summer months June, (last 2 weeks) July and August rentals run Friday to Friday only.
Three bedrooms are offered on the main level, with the fourth bedroom on the lower level. Both bathrooms are situated on the main floor and have stand up showers.
This private property features a fixed boat dock and a floating dock allowing you to easily bring your boat (up to 21 feet with a $125 docking fee), jet ski or fishing gear. Enjoy a variety of water sports, including the provided kayaks (4) and paddle boards (2), or simply relax on the peaceful deck that spans the back of the home.
Dogs allowed with a $125 pet fee. Cats not allowed.
ALL renters must be 27 or older -unless children of the renter.
This is a waterfront property with a pool children must be supervised at all times.
If you're looking for a party or larger gathering this home is NOT for you.

- Seasonal Pool & Spa open mid May - Sept (saltwater) surrounded by Ivory Travertine pavers. Pool and spa is closed Oct - mid May. We do not have a separate hot tub.

The fully fenced back yard features an in-ground pool, two patios, umbrellas, and a fire pit, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.
This stunning home features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen boasting a large island and marble countertops. Enjoy breathtaking water views from the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom. The luxurious master bathroom showcases custom marble and glass finishes. Downstairs, there is a fully furnished recreation area with a pool table, games, TV for movie watching, and an additional bedroom. All with brand new LVP flooring. The fenced waterfront lawn provides added safety for children and pets. One dog is permitted with an additional fee.
Chesapeake City is just minutes away and offers fantastic indoor and outdoor dining options accessible by boat or car.
*The saltwater pool and Jacuzzi pool combo is seasonal. We do not heat the pool but will consider doing so in the spring/summer months for a fee based on usage. We do not have a separate hot tub.
