A perfect vacation spot for the whole family! Amazing location less than 2 blocks from the beach! Great for families of any size!
Enjoy your visit with a quick walk to the beach, great living area, open kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor shower. WiFi is included and covers the whole house.
This newly constructed home features five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loaded with board games for you and your family to play!
The first floor features a grand entry way, a second living space with inch tv, laundry room with washer and dryer, full bath, and three bedrooms. No garage access. One bedroom has a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle. The last bedroom downstairs has a full bunk bed with a twin top bunk and full trundle.
The second floor features a great open living space including open kitchen, dining room table (leaf available), sectional couch with a 70” flat screen tv, and porch deck. The deck includes a table for 8 and an additional seating spot with view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Summary: We had a lovely time at Matthew’s home. The house is amazingly furnished with everything you could look for in a beach house. We particularly appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was for dining in. The beach is right down the street, as are several of the island’s main businesses. You really can’t get better on Brigantine!

Summary: Very comfortable, spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and well maintained vacation house within walking distance to an awesome ocean-side beach. Great for a large group (5 bedrooms). Close walking distance to Ice-cream, Tacos, Deli etc. Owner and Property Management are very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house as a rental.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for a night out in Atlantic City for New Years. The home was gorgeous inside and out. We were blown away by the cleanliness and the space available. It was a quick uber ride to the casinos and restaurants. Check in process was very easy. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a larger group! We often visit AC, and will be back to this home. Thank you very much to the host!

Summary: We loved the quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beautiful beach, the nearby shops, and the super comfortable, nicely furnished home! Matthew was very accommodating and great to communicate with! The second floor in particular is lovely for family gatherings in the spacious living room/dining area, and the absolutely wonderful wraparound deck! We appreciated the fenced in backyard as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. Great beach access as well as access to simple amenities like the grocery store and pharmacy. Beach is amazing! Kids ages 5-18 all had a great time. Owners were super responsive anytime we had a question. We will be back!
