Location, location, location!! This 6500 SF luxury Mediterranean-style beach mansion is located in the heart of the prestigious 'A-zone' of Brigantine and is literally a few steps from the pristine brigantine beach. Located on a double lot just 3 homes from the ocean, this huge mansion boasts direct, unobstructed ocean views.
The mansion sleeps up to 18 people comfortably with its 7 over-sized bedrooms and 5.5 luxury baths.
The 1st floor main living area includes the grand entrance hall with its custom circular stairway which leads the whole way to the 3rd floor. The 2 story great room boasts a stunning gas fireplace and huge flat screen tv as well as a fabulous adjacent bar. The gourmet kitchen will delight any chef with its complete suite of Viking professional appliances and granite counter tops. The dining room is designed to seat up to 18 people so your entire group can eat together. You can escape to the living room if you need some quiet time or check out the tv/theatre room to watch a movie or play video games. The first floor also includes a powder room, laundry room and 2 car garage. You also have direct access to the new in-ground pool and gorgeous Travertina patio.
Step into the elevator or ascend the grand staircase and 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4 fabulous tiled bathrooms will greet you on the 2nd floor. Everything is in grand scale. Most bedrooms have king sized beds and walk in closets with custom shelving to make move in and move out a breeze. Most bedrooms have access to the many balconies surrounding the house. Delight in the rejuvenating ocean views as you begin each new day.
Once on the 3rd floor, you'll be greeted by 2 additional over-sized bedrooms and another luxury tiled bath. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has 2 queen sized beds. There are also 2 queen sofabeds on this floor. The 3rd floor also has it's own wet bar and a large common area with access to the 3rd floor roof top deck. Enjoy stunning ocean vistas and soak in the ocean breezes as you lounge or sun bathe on the roof deck.
Brigantine offers the best of all worlds. It is a very family friendly, small town atmosphere, with small shops, parks and restaurants but is located just across the bridge from all the glitz, glamour and excitement of Atlantic City. This perfect location combined with this magnificent luxury home offers my guests an unforgettable experience and lifelong cherished memories.
This magnificent property has direct ocean views and is located literally a few steps from the pristine Brigantine Beach (3rd house from the ocean) and it's just a short walk to local restaurants, parks, Brigantine Farmer's Market, etc.
Travel light! I provide all of your Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrellas and pool floats. Beach tags also included.
I have both a Keurig coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker for your enjoyment.

Summary: I got my family together for us to celebrate our father’s 90th bday, most of the family flew in from out of state and we had an amazing time! Everyone was in awe of the property. It was clean and comfortable, the home looks just like the pictures online. This was my second time staying at this particular property, but I’ve also stayed at another one of Brian’s properties. He’s very thorough with the details about your stay and readily available if you need to contact him.

Summary: This Mediterranean mansion completely exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. The home is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. From plush towels and quality linens to a fully equipped kitchen (seriously—every utensil, dish, and gadget you could imagine!), it’s clear the owner has thought of everything.We loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was a dream—perfectly heated and maintained throughout our visit—and made it hard to ever want to leave the property. But if you do feel like venturing out, the beach is just three doors down—gorgeous, peaceful, and never crowded. And if you’re craving a little nightlife or excitement, Atlantic City is only a quick 10-minute drive away.The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and checkout process seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This home is a rare find and one we’ll absolutely be returning to. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and location—this is it.
