Location, location, location! Steps to the beach, walkable to parks & restaurants. Corner lot, outdoor deck with ocean views, front porch, back deck with dining table & grill. Plenty of room for the whole family!
In addition to its spectacular location in town, this cozy Brigantine home will provide comfort and plenty of space to relax throughout your stay. Enter the house under its charming covered front porch with a pair of rocking chairs - perfect for people watching, enjoying morning coffee or waiting out a passing shower. As you enter, there is a small foyer area and a large, open family room to your left. The family room features plenty of seating for the whole family or a large group of friends with a sectional couch, a large arm chair, and two swivel chairs. There is also a small table with additional seating - perfect for a chess match, board game or jigsaw puzzle. The family room also features a new 50 inch smart TV adjacent to beautiful custom built-ins. Exit the family room through a sliding glass door onto a spacious back deck with a large dining table to enjoy an outdoor meal.
To the right of the foyer area, you will enter a spacious kitchen with a large stainless steel gas range and oven. Other appliances include a large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen features a large eat in breakfast room with a table that seats 8 and an additional 40 inch Smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead you to yet another outdoor deck with four comfortable adirondack chairs.
Beyond the kitchen you will find a hallway with the three first floor bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath featuring an indoor shower and sink. The first bedroom to your left features two twin beds each with a rolling trundle bed underneath. Across the hall you will find two additional bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and then another with a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds.
Straight beyond the foyer, you will find a short hallway leading to a powder room and a convenient utility room which houses the washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator. The utility room also features an exit to the back deck.
Ascend the spiral staircase in the foyer area to find two second floor bedrooms - one room with two twin beds and the other with a large King sized bed and en suite. Exit the sliding doors in this room to find a deck with impressive ocean views and an exterior staircase down to the front porch/deck area.
Off the front deck there is a beautifully maintained yard, perfect for lawn games or other outdoor fun. An outdoor shower is located on the left side of the house. A driveway with spaces for two cars is located on the right. Situated on a spacious corner lot and just 4 houses from the beach, this home is conveniently located in the sought after "A-zone" in Brigantine. Summary: Our family vacation was 8/3 to 8/10 and we had an awesome stay. The house was the perfect size for 11 adults and 4 kiddos under the age of 5. Beach walk is so close and convenient. House is very quiet for sleeping with a lot of people. It was very clean upon arrival. We love to stay in Brigantine!! Hopefully, we’ll be back for another stay next year.

Summary: Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Beach location was spacious, with multiple lifeguards on duty at all times. The house itself was nicely updated with lots of seating both inside and out. Both decks were fantastic, and made for good areas of conversation with family and friends. We had 12 guests total, and the house easily accomdated all of us. Beds were comfortable, but linens were not included. There is a local company that can be hired to provide them however. It would be nice to have additional beach tags for larger parties, such as ours. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at the house, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Summary: House was great! Plenty of room and loved the huge kitchen. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom upstairs (shower needs work) and it’s in the master suite, therefore, people staying in the other bedroom upstairs would have to walk through. It’s not feasible to expect people in the middle of the night to go down the narrow spiral staircase to use one of the bathrooms downstairs.

Summary: The house was great overall, the town is small and fun, and the beach was beautiful. Only minor criticism was the kitchen could be more functional (not as well appointed as some VRBO rentals we’ve had). But overall, loved the property, location, etc. neighborhood was super peaceful and family friendly. Also, mere steps from the beach

Summary: A few friends and our families stayed here for a weekend this Fall. The house is great with lots of relaxing porch space! It is one block from the beach on a quiet street. We had a lovely weekend!
