Summary: Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was incredibly spacious, tidy and provided us with all the amenities — full kitchen, washing machine and multiple bathrooms. The highlight for us was the large terrace where most of our time was spent. The location was perfect as it is a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Our host was great with communication and kindly accommodated a modified check-in for us. Will definitely stay here again during any future trips to Florence!

Summary: The rooms were beautiful and the entire apartment was better than expected. We were within walking distance to a lot of great things. The only issue we experienced was the power going out 3 out of 4 nights. The new circuit breaker kept tripping if we turned on the a/c in our rooms and tried to run the washer machine. Deanna was apologetic and responsive. She said she would get an electrician to fix it. When she does, this place will be superb!

Summary: Deanna was very helpful and accommodating with the check-in and check-out process. We had 3 adult couples and the space and accommodations were very comfortable and roomy. The rooftop deck was a favorite as was the air conditioning. I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to many local attractions....and our favorite gelato and coffee place within 1 block. Would definitely book this location again if we return to Florence.

Summary: The home is very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen. The little terrace was fun to sit and enjoy a cocktail. Restaurants close by. Not to close to the crowds put close enough to walk to the historic sites. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There were 6 of us. Only down side was no lift so you need to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs.

Summary: Great flat, host was always prompt to communicate with us. Easy check in, we were able to do that earlier than the advertised check in time. Host was there to show us the place and help with any questions we had about the flat and logistics. Totally recommend it, especially if it is a larger group.
