Two double bedrooms, a nice lounge and a perfect kitchen equipped with every comfort. Romantic terrace over the roofs of Florence, ideal for spring / summer dinners.
An absolutely gorgeous apartment in the center of the best neighborhood of Florence. The brand new design furniture and beautiful fixtures make this a wonderful, comfortable apartment to enjoy our fantastic city of Florence!
Located in the fabulous, unspoiled artisanal quarter, you can experience a true taste of Florentine life. Surrounded by great local restaurants, art studios, individual shops, vintage shops, fresh grocery stores and organic shops, daily and weekly markets.
The Holy Spirit Square is a couple of minutes stroll, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, with pavement cafes, lively bars, and inexpensive and excellent restaurants. Here is a thriving and ecstatic community of locals, artists, expats and a friendly and happy Vibe.
The other side of the river - the North side, is far more touristy and more expensive while this unspoiled authentic neighborhood is the 'real' Florence and a truly beautiful experience (we live this side too!). A wonderful retreat in the heart of the renaissance!

Summary: The apartment was perfect for my two-week stay in Florence studying Italian. It is charming (it looks just like the pictures). The location is wonderful. You feel like you are living in a Florentine neighborhood, with lots of little restaurants just steps away. The check-in was easy and friendly. I had one small question on the first day, which the owner answered immediately. I can't wait to go back!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The location is out of the hustle and bustle but an easy walk with two children. It was quiet but less than 3 minutes to some of the best Italian food and fun. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: Great neighborhood! There were so many amazing places all within walking distance, shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes. Would definitely stay in the same area again. The flat was perfect for me and my sister. It had everything we needed. The house manager was very responsive and even helped us book taxis to the airport.

Summary: If you are looking to relax and take a break from hotel stays, this is your place in Florence. The apartment is exactly as the photos portray, very spacious, comfortable and in a gem of a neighbourhood. There are excellent restaurants nearby and it is an easy and interesting walk into the centre of Florence, passing many shops, restaurants and even the Babae wine window along the way. The kitchen is well equipped and we started our day with a good cup of coffee and fresh groceries from the store just around the corner. We even did some laundry while there. Valentina and Viviana were both excellent to communicate with and we had no issues with booking, obtaining information or accessing the unit. If we are fortunate enough to return to Florence, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Summary: This is a great spot just across the river and away from the crowds and noise of the historic area. That said it is just a short walk to everything. Our host was wonderful and very helpful in guiding us to great places to eat. We had a very busy but enjoyable time!

Summary: The property was gorgeous, and met our needs nicely. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. We felt safe, and even with being in the city, we didn’t hear any noise from the outside, with the exception of bells from a bell tower in the morning. I wish our check in had been a little more detailed. The property owner’s assistant met us, and was very nice,

Summary: My teenage son and I accompanied my college-age daughter to Florence to move her in for her study abroad. We wanted to arrive a little early and have plenty of space so we rented this apartment instead of an expensive hotel for the week. The hostess and her assistant were so responsive and so kind. Offering to help us with taxis, telling us about the neighborhood, and letting us leave our bags in the apartment until our evening flight (check out was 10am). We loved being in a ‘local’ area instead of a tourist area. Great breakfast spot, cheaper groceries, etc. I will say that it is a 20 minute walk to attractions and museums. And 5 minute walk if you want a taci. But we felt very safe and enjoyed the space. The kitchen was fully equipped. Would stay again!
