It is located on the 3rd floor of a wonderful historic building in the well known “Via Sant'Agostino" and comes with an elevator.

In the street where the apartment is located there are all the typical stores of the neighborhood as the bakery, the greengrocer, the pharmacy, the stationer and in the square Santo Spirito, bars restaurants, pizzerias.
It is very pleasant to have a coffee sitting in the Santo Spirito square looking at the beautiful Church of Santo Spirito and buy genuine products in the food market that every morning takes place in the square.
