Summary: This was our second year staying at this condo and it is the best! Clean and updated, and a very short walk to the ocean with great lake views as well!

Summary: This villa is great and would definitely stay here again. Clean and updated and decorated well and comfortable. Very close to beach. Overlooks scenic lagoon. On second floor but steps are easy. Owner responsive.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Tennis Club Villa. Everything was as advertised...bright, sunny, quiet and very well-equipped. The unit was so convenient to the ocean...just a short walk away. We hope to return in the near future!

Summary: We have stayed at many of the Villas at Kiawah. This one has some very nice remodeling. We really enjoyed the open kitchen floor plan. The screened in porch was great and had many deer moving about in the mornings and evenings. The beach is within a 10 minute walk for those beautiful sunrises!!

Summary: Lovely villa located short walk from the beach. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years now and love the location of the Tennis Club Villas-close to the heart of the island, but less crowded. We were impressed with how clean the villa was including the screened in porch area which can be a challenge! Villa's kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Just stayed 8 nights at the end of July. This was the perfect one bedroom condo for my wife and I. Well located in Tennis Club villas, short walk/bike to the beach or the Sanctuary. Updated, comfortable and very clean. Not much more than you can ask for. Also, the owner is very helpful and responsive.
