This beautiful villa is located on the second floor of Tennis Club Villa's, located in East Beach Village. The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.

Summary: We had a wonderful time while staying in Kiawah. The rental was very clean and so great! It was in the perfect location to access the beach and to explore the island. Summary: We were here on business at the Sanctuary but it was sold out, so looked for an "off property" close by, and found this. OMG. We're so grateful we got this opportunity. The walk to the beach is sooo close. The amenities are great. Patricia is fantastic to work with. Everything was easy and would go back in a heart beat!

Summary: We have a great time staying here. The check in process was very simple. The Villa was super nice and updated. The place was extremely clean and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was really great and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back next year.
