Positive: For our group of 6, first time booking a self-catered lodging. Large home with large master bedroom and average size secondary bedrooms, some with great views. Home is right on a small lake. We were not prepared for self catering but home is excellent for large group looking for spending their days at the home. Lots of room for gathering and dining with a well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Location was remote with a 10 minute drive on single lane road to reach property. Very few opportunities for food or dining within 20 minutes. Kyle was closest town with infrastructure. Master bedroom was large but bathroom had large glass door on one wall and large floor to ceiling glass wall on another side with sheer curtain, No privacy in the bathroom and need to be careful with others walking into the room.

Summary: Excellent home and location for large group spending their days at the home.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful, remote location, views were stunning and a huge house with lots of room for a large group. Host’s communication was excellent leading up to our trip.

Negative: The house was wonderful but not as clean as it could have been on arrival.

Positive: Well situated property warm and relaxing when we were not working, the wildlife was in abundance, and there was plenty of room to spread out so as not to get in each others way, if you did not want to cook there are a few places to go Kintail, Lodge, Dornie, Kyle and Plocton.
