Positive: Large apartment with a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and nice bedroom. The owner was very kind and helpful. I’d never seen a shower that worked that way and he explained how to use it! There was a restaurant/bar across the street. We went to the isle of skye from the apartment.
Negative: It was a little bit difficult to find the entrance. Once you get it it’s great.

Positive: Very well equipped, the owners keep in touch and are very helpful. We travel to many properties and it is so nice to stay somewhere where the owners take pride in their accommodation rather than it be just a money making business. The lodge is like a home from home , decorated beautifully making it such a relaxing, cozy atmosphere.

Positive: We arrived in the teeth of storm Eowyn, cancelled trains and the expectation of hurricane force winds. The owner met us off the bus and really went out of his way to help. The apartment is lovely. They've thought of everything and, because of the storm, we spent most of our time in it cooking and reading ( even though, in the end, that far north, the storm was just a bit of winter weather.

Positive: The feeling of the lodge makes the stay so worthwhile. cosy and comfy are an understatement. The Lodge is immaculate and the decor makes you extremely relaxed.
Negative: Having to leave, honestly the area is stunning. I was there over 20 years ago and the drive up and views make you consider staying.
