Located in the mountains, in Campanet, you can find this beautiful finca with private pool. It is ideal for 4 people.
A fantastic chlorine pool of 10m x 5m and a depth between 1.2m and 1.7m is at the sole disposal of our guests. The beautiful garden with the old olive tree and the porch with Caribbean hammock invite you to spend a relaxing afternoon, perhaps with a tasty barbecue with the family? Four sun loungers are ideal for sun worshippers and if you are feeling hot, there is an outdoor shower for quick refreshment. In addition, both children and adults will enjoy playing table tennis or billiards. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours in the area.
The rooms are spread over one floor and are decorated in a rustic and comfortable way. An air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV invites you to sit on the sofa; during autumn evenings perhaps accompanied by a warm fire in the wood-burning cooker. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub, two fans, two electric radiators, a cot and a highchair complete the equipment of this finca.
Ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet, this house is located in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range. At the same time it is an ideal place for excursions, e.g. to the underground springs of Ses Fonts Ufanes, to the caves of Campanet, to the monastery of Lluc or to the cove of Sa Calobra. In Campanet and Sa Pobla you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and everything else for an independent stay. The next sandy beach is the Bay of Alcúdia, consisting of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia, which can be reached in approx. 20-30 minutes by car.

Summary: Plus: + great place if you want to relax and be away from everything and everyone + a beautiful and practically furnished house with outdoor space and seating area (also with entertainment - pool table, ping pong) and private pool + quiet and peaceful area Minus: - as mentioned in other references, there are mosquitoes and ants (I recommend repellent): a) it's hard to sit outside in the evening without repellent; b) definitely don't leave food outside, even in the kitchen (put it in the fridge or in a box) - in the bedrooms there are only fans (they stir up the hot air but do not cool it down) - air conditioning is only in the living room Yes, there are stray cats - but that's such a nice change of pace;)

Summary: Wir konnten ohne uns zu langweilen den halben Tag in unserer Finca verbringen, die mit vielen Details und Extras für Kurzweil sorgte. Der Pool hat die ideale Größe, außerdem war jede Menge weiteres Spielgerät bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation und Absprache mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und stets hilfsbereit. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Summary: Everything was perfect! Except the fact that we had to wash the dishes for the staff to wash it again in the dishwasher when we could have washed it in the dishwasher. Another quirky thing that we have never seen before is that we had to throw the garbage and dispose it off in the city which was a 7-8 min drive. Other than that we had a wonderful time in the wonderful home

Summary: The outdoor living is awesome and where you’ll spend all your time if you’re like us! Truly so relaxing and comfortable, we were in heaven. Pool is great, good size and depth to it. We were without a car and had to rely on taxis which proved tricky at times, but not impossible ! Didn’t explore the surrounding area much. Sa Pobla seemed fairly quiet and non touristy, has a few restaurants and plenty of supermarkets with lovely produce. I would absolutely recommend the villa for ultimate chill sunny hols, bbqs and alfresco dining every day!

Summary: Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man braucht definitiv einen Mietwagen. Dafür ist man schnell an sehr schönen Stränden (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto).
