Welcome to this magnificent villa for 6 guests with private pool. It's located on the outskirts of Campanet, near the Tramuntana mountain range.
The exterior area of this property is very beautiful. It's surrounded by the landscape of the fields and the mountains. You can cook a delicious BBQ outdoors and enjoy it at the hurdle roofed terrace, cool down in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5 metres and is 2 metres deep- or simply relax at the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is full of greenery around and you'll also find fruit trees like almond or orange trees. It offers total privacy.
The two-storey house offers a charming traditional but modern atmosphere. You can rest or enjoy a reading in the air-conditioned living room which is equipped with satellite TV. Behind a great arch you'll find the dining area with a great table for 8 people and with access to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. There's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms, all with closet and AC, and all of them located on the 1st floor. One has a double bed and the other 2 have twin beds. A cot and a high chair are available. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath on the main floor and another with a shower upstairs.
The house is only 3.7 km away from sa Pobla where you'll find all you need for an independent stay like supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetes des Capellans or Can Picafort are only a 20 minutes drive away.

Summary: positiv: Es war eine wunderschöne Anlage in tollem mallorquinischen Stil. Der Garten und Pool war wirklich toll und das ganze Anwesen ein Traum. Die Lage war mit Auto eigentlich perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5-10 min weg. Die Eigentümer waren sehr lieb auch wenn die Eltern nur spanisch gesprochen haben… bei Problemen wurde uns direkt geholfen. negativ: Das Internet war leider sehr schlecht also eigentlich überhaupt nicht nutzbar und die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben ununterbrochen geballt vor allem nachts. In der Küche wurde es ohne Klimaanlage sehr warm aber das war in Ordnung. Zu unserer Jahreszeit im Juni waren viele viele Mücken dort aber das sei wohl eigentlich nicht normal.

Summary: (+) Schöne Finca in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es wurden eigene Eier vorbeigebracht und vor Zitrusfrüchte und Minze aus dem eigenen Garten bereitgestellt. Die Zimmer im Haus sind einfach gehalten, jedoch sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. (-) Im April war das Wetter teilweise noch recht instabil, sodass es im Haus teilweise sehr kalt war. Zudem war die Internetverbindung zum arbeiten immer wieder zu schwach.

Summary: Great place with a good sized pool. Secluded and quiet although just a few minutes drive to local areas such as Sa Pobla and a maybe half an hour from Pollença and Alcudia. I would recommend a stay here for sure. A great place for a base if you're sight seeing and great if you just fancy lighting a bbq and lounging in the pool. Owner was easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome. Enjoy your stay !!!

Summary: Positive + Good follow-up in pre-sales & in preparation of the trip, answers to all of our questions; + The house itself has an amazing pool & dreamy hammock, making our holiday one to remember; + Location: Sa Pobla is located close to the MA-13 leading directly to Pollenca, Alcudia & Formentor; + Super kind home owners & very kind to the children, also almost invisible in their maintenance of the house. There were several opportunities to improve, these were shared with the company privately. Overall: kind of overpriced, but we had a great holiday, renting from a nice Majorcan older couple. Great for kids.
