Summary: Dated appliances. Landscape was not very inviting. Dead roach in plain sight as we walked in. Top half of a window in one of the upstairs bedroom was not completely shut. I closed it and sprayed and killed several spiders so my son wouldn't get bit. Beer and liquor in the fridge was a shock. Bud Lite and Tito's. Thanks but no thanks. The place has potential but for the price I paid I was left dissatisfied.

Summary: Great location and amenities with course so close, pool, river club, etc... heron walk neighbors very friendly. Screened in porch is pleasant and patio partly covered so you can have shade or sun. The villa is very simple and tailored for golfers. Limited cookware, dated kitchen, appliances and bathrooms. Home owners are very responsive. I would recommend to all golfers and anyone looking for relaxing & hospitable community getaway.
