Positive: Nice breakfast, good location for what we were planning on doing.

Negative: Communication was a little tricky. I think they've resolved. We stated when making reservation we'd be arriving after check-in hours but still ended up with a lot of back and forth on that. Would've been easier for them to just send us after hours access details day of our arrival and have that be that.

Summary: Beautiful place, minimal on site parking. We snagged a spot so maybe what's there is sufficient.

Positive: Beautiful inn, friendly staff. Was able to grab the trolley right out front! It was unfortunate that we were there for the BLIZZARD of the century!!! Half of our activities were cancelled because of the impending ‘doom’ of snow in the forecast. It took us 2.5 hrs to get out of New Orleans. The breakfast was ok, Different every morning.

Summary: Beautiful and location was supurb!

Positive: Although it’s 15 minutes to Bourbon Street on the tram it’s a great place to come home to at the end of a hectic day of exploring. Our room was huge and super comfy once Dee kindly replaced my rock hard pillow with a lovely soft one. The staff are kind and helpful. Parking on site at the rear of the property is great. Would return.

Negative: Breakfasts were sweetly prepared but usually cold. I’d strongly recommend you switch to a buffet style breakfast with hot food kept in chafing dishes. And maybe some healthy options such as plain yogurt etc.

Summary: Comfy on Canal.
