Other Policy Notice: cape winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks. the construction is projected to be from september 3rd to november 23rd, 2024. during this time the pool, hot tub and grill will be closed on weekdays monday through friday from 8am to 6pm but will be open on weekends, saturday and sunday. there will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. we have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Positive: The location is awesome—quiet, with a lack of crowds. There are two bedrooms. I was traveling with Mom and was able to sleep in a separate room to avoid snoring. Comfy beds, a lot of kitchen cookware. Appreciated the beach chairs provided in the apartment.
Negative: The apartment is a little dirty. The sliding door railings in the shower and balcony never seem to be cleaned. The cooktop's right burner was broken. Some cookware and plates were dirty with dried-out food from previous tenants. No sponge to wash the plates -- so used a small towel. The building's overall state seems a little under-maintained -- dusty outside walls, natural trash on the stairs and corridors (palm leaves, bark, sand, dead insects -- no actual human-produced trash though).

Negative: Ever so slightly dated. But only visible in couple of places and only if you trying to find it very hard 😀

Positive: Loved the ground floor location facing the ocean.
Negative: Bedding in the king size beds was really cheap fabric that is not comfortable to sleep in at all. The twin beds have cotton which is great but the king size they have the very cheap option and it takes away from the experience. Sofa in the livingroom wasn’t up to standard we thought. It was small, and cheaply made and not comfortable at all. We compare to our friends unit were sofa was super nice and suited the place much better than in our unit. Hot tub was lukewarm.
Summary: Loved being there, location and proximity to the beach were perfect. Overall we loved the place and would def come back.

Positive: Great location on beach ! The view from the unit was spectacular! Unit had everything to make our stay comfortable. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. Orlando, Kennedy space centre a quick drive by car.
Negative: Unit itself had everything you needed however the unit was dated and not very clean We had to clean unit when we arrived. Amenities were average. Pool was very nice however hot tub/jacuzzi was very dirty.
Summary: Great location. Unit was tired and neeeds some refurbishing

Positive: The condo was the coolest condo I've stayed in. Beds were comfortable, amazing view, the big balcony that you could access from the den and master bedroom was really neat. I forgot body wash the first night but they had dispensers in the shower. Amanda was awesome!! She emailed me before I even arrived and gave me her personal contact number even after hours in case I needed anything. The washer and dryer I didn't see listed but the condo had one which came in handy. Large tvs in every room. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. Very modern decor. Had beach chairs, basketball (for the court), umbrella, cooler, all provided. Even though we never made it to the beach cause of my ball tourney it was awesome that it was provided. We also didn't get to the pool but there was one there. Car washing station that came in handy with the salt that got on the car. We are planning to play in this tourney again next year and this will be the place I will stay if they have any vacancies. Loved the view from the 500's rooms
