Positive: Clean, access instructions, great location and secure parking, BUT no working lift for a 5th floor apartment.

Negative: The apartment is on the 5th floor. We are of mature age and one with reduced mobility. We arrived to find that the lift was out of order and had been for 2 weeks, according to the residents. We had only booked 4 days prior and despite ongoing messaging with the hosts, they declined to mention the faulty lift. Residents say that the lift is on ongoing issue. The apartment itself is great, but we have given a 6 rating as it was very poor behaviour to accept a booking without informing guests about the unnecessary exercise they would have to do to access the apartment.

Positive: Gorgeous spacious flat. Very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend. 15 minutes walk to the city centre in 1 direction or the docks in the other. Family of 4. Loved our Stay.

Negative: When the lift is down you have to climb up 5 flights if stairs. Bit of a slog. But for us that was the only down side.

Positive: This is a fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Cardiff. Spotlessly clean, modern and with a huge fridge freezer. The beds are really comfortable, as is the sitting area, it took us 15 minutes to walk to the Principality!
