Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great staff, location, amenities and price for the area. They had free laundry, two pools and indoor and heated outdoor plus a hot tub. The gift shop was good with lots of snacks and drinks. They have bags and giant chess to play and several firepit areas. The condo was clean and stocked well with everything you need. Our condo was on the end with a great view of the mountains and a waterfall in sights. It also had a real fireplace, stocked with wood, matches and small kindling and small fire starter chunks that worked great. There was a full fridge, stove and dishwasher. The wifi worked good and was free. We loved the location. It was half way between all our waterfall hiking trips that we wanted to go to and two general stores, within minutes. The resort had a restaurant close and a bar and grill at the lodge. We saw there was a bike washing station with free air, which we thought was cool for those there to bike.
Negative: Only a couple of things that we didn't like but wouldn't detour us from going back. The icemaker in the freezer didn't work and there are no ice machines on the resort. This was our biggest irritant, but not a huge deal. We did wish there was more clothes storage to unpack our bags. No closets or dressers. They did have a lot of hooks to hang stuff on. If you have something you want to keep wrinkle free, bring a few hangers and hang from the hooks. Again, not a huge deal and would have much rather had the beds, as we had a set of bunk beds and a full bed, so there was no extra room. Our condo was individual owned, so there is no maid service. Though it looks hotel-ish, they are more like Airbnbs. The key lock to the room was a hotel key but we noticed a lot of the rooms down the halls had a keypad, which we would have preferred as we locked ourselves out within the first 30 minutes, lol. Our bads, though. All and all, we want to go back next year and stay here again. It was a fantastic stay! We had so much fun whether we were out on adventures or just hanging at the resort.
Summary: Fantastic Resort! Returning again!

Positive: Our room was basic and clean. Bed was not amazingly comfortable, but was okay. Hotel was quiet. We were there on a Monday night, so the restaurant was closed - and therefore can't comment. Lobby is very woodsy and cute, and there's a nice little gift shop. Ice machine is in the basement, so we had to go down a few floors to get there.
Summary: Good, basic lodging.

Positive: They had a coffee pot, One air pot, that ran out rather quickly with multiple people standing around the lobby waiting for a cup of coffee...no breakfast
Negative: at least two air pots? one brewing and one full?

Positive: It’s in an excellent location without a lot of other lodging options in the area. The kids liked the pool and activities. It was very crowded when we were there, and the rooms don’t have much soundproofing.
Negative: The mosquitoes were unbearable in the evening, making it difficult to even watch the kids at the outdoor pool. At this price point, they should offer a continental breakfast.
Summary: Comfortable stay

Positive: Person checking us in was nice and it seemed pleasant enough.
Negative: Room was on the first floor facing the parking lot near the housekeeper's closet so that was not the greatest location...first visit there.
Summary: It was fine but I would look for other places to stay if I come back.
