Positive: Excellent location, very closed to Lausanne La Gare. I requested room service for breakfast, which was really well prepared. Very fine and elegant room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Positive: Very nice location and decor.
Negative: Extremely uncomfortable pillows. The room easily got hot. Consequently, the air con was needed, but this was very noisy on the lowest speed. Breakfast was not included. The hotel offered breakfast at CHF 30 per head. At the cost of the hotel, other comparable hotels would offer an included breakfast. There is no bar at the hotel. There is no book exchange at the hotel, which is unusual.
