Summary: We (4 adults) chose this property for our annual fishing trip to Chautauqua. The property is not waterfront, but it was quite large enough to accommodate two trucks and two boats/trailers. Tom was an awesome host, and greeted us to show us around. He’s also quite humorous and personable. We appreciated the time he spent with us upon our arrival. The entertainment features of the location made the rainy and windy day we were stuck in the house a breeze. Movies are a blast to watch in the main room, as it’s like you have your own personal theater for your enjoyment. In short, you can’t go wrong here…highly recommended!

Summary: The property is a perfect blend of being in the middle of everything we wanted to do but secluded when we wanted to relax. Unlike many places in the area stacked on top of each other....this was very private and was perfect for us. My wife and I could enjoy the amazing sunsets as I family fired up the movie room. It was a vlaue added part of our vacation. Definitely recieved champaign for a beer budget. Very Very Nice. We wll look to stay again.

Summary: We had a delightful stay at this property over the New Year’s holiday. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and thought of everything! Everything was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed. It was in a great location near Lake Chautauqua. The home theatre/fitness room was a big hit with our family, and we enjoyed a holiday movie marathon together. It’s a great value, and the additional outdoor amenities for in-season use make this an even more attractive vacation option. Highly recommend, particularly for families with adults/teens/older children.
