Positive: Fantastic location (front door opens to Piazza Maggiore), AC, comfortable bed, clean apartment, kitchen dishes and utensils provided

Negative: View is of building walls. But it was so hot that I had the shades closed almost the whole time anyways to keep the apartment cooler

Summary: Really great place to sleep and recooperate from the heat in the heart of Bologna

Positive: The size and location for a great price. It was a really comfortable place.

Negative: Being on the Piazza Maggiore in May meant lots of noise! The double-glazed windows kept out a lot of the noise at night but it would have been nice to sleep with the windows open. Also, the mattresses were too soft for us.

Positive: What a fantastic place to stay! Right on the Piazza Maggiore with historic buildings, shops, restaurants nearby. Huge flat on the third floor (but there's a lift), palatial rooms with windows overlooking the Piazza, comfortable beds. It is divided into two with the kitchenette in the smaller area with adequate equipment for a stay especially with all the restaurants and cafes close by. Good, clear instructions about access sent prior to arrival, thank you.

Positive: It has a great location just in the heart of the town! The perfect place to enjoy a great view on the main Square and to visit the town!

Negative: Historic house shouldn't be a synonym of decadent or neglected. I think the place should a bit "renovated" since the painting is getting off the wall and the stucco is falling down the ceiling. Also, it's really not very clean. Especially bathrooms
