Summary: From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding staff. I want to especially recognize Artem at the reception, whose professionalism and warmth stood out from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always ready with a smile. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to make sure every aspect of our stay ran smoothly. Equally impressive was Alejandro, the head of the restaurant, who went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, Alejandro ensured everything was perfectly organized, and he treated every guest with personalized care. Together, Artem and Alejandro elevated our stay to something truly special. Summary: Beautiful hotel in a great area in Amsterdam. Stayed in one of the updated rooms and the bed was very comfortable. Some issues with the water pressure in our room and the water going off during the stay. The hotel staff were very nice.
