Positive: The location was great. The main spots were near, no need for public transport to explore the city and canals. Everything we needed was approachable by feet. the neighbourhood itself was also nice. The staff was kind and positive which set a good vibe.

Negative: The pictures on the site of the rooms were different of what we got. Also, when we checked in online before hand, it showed a nice picture of a spacious room with 2 windows. Instead we got sent to the basement with a small window peeking to the street. Felt claustrophobic. The cleanness of the room was also questionable. Pillow case was not clean, the carpet had some damage, bathroom was ok, but also not the cleanest. The light covers also dirty.
