Positive: Beautiful building, great cozy breakfast lounge and the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and was able to provide my partner with a vegan croissant at the breakfast buffet without us notifying beforehand.

Negative: The air-conditioning was quite loud.

Negative: The cleaner did not clean the room. They did not clean the bathroom, take the dirty towels or leave new ones. They left my pillows on the floor.
