Summary: Lovely hotel, family room was clean and spacious, although there was only 1 double socket in the room being used for the TV and kettle. Luckily I took an extension lead otherwise we wouldn't have been able to charge our phones (I know, 1st world problems!) Restaurant was lovely, cooked and continental breakfast had everything you need. Overall fantastic stay.

Summary: Really friendly staff and nice communal areas, nice little bar and restaurant, rooms are tired but ok given the price paid with reward points but just had a terrible nights sleep due to a lumpy mattress with springs digging in me!

Summary: Parking was very limited the night we stayed. The mattresses in the family room were very poor. Felt the springs and they offered no support. The size of the room was fantastic though. Only one plug socket in the room, which was strangely upside down The staff were very friendly

Summary: The staff are very nice the room was in terrible condition shower hang off and the boxing near toilet was falling apart and the bed was very uncomfortable the cleaning staff done a good job

Summary: The hotel was convenient for the airport and the service was excellent. The food was good quality and served hot. The only reason we marked it down was because our room was very tired! The bathroom needed a refurb and the bed made a noise when you sat in it. Also the room was really cold. If these were fixed then I’d stay there again.
