Summary: Everything went very smoothly with the property. Only problem was the lack of heat as we struck the first cold snap. Very cold house even with the heat pump on. Great to have access to the facilities at Millennium too.

Summary: Not much information about collecting the keys, cleaning requirements etc. however as house is looked after by hotel across road, all makes complete sense. Book this place, it is lovely, relaxed and handy to everything.

Summary: Accommodation was clean central and well presented. Access to the hotel and Pool was great. The only downside was the outdoor furniture was rusted and falling apart but I’m sure this will be rectified. On the whole a great place to stay Central to Rotorua and easy access to the lakes and redwoods.
