1 Bedroom Apartment in Rotorua, Ngongotaha Valley

Our Rural property is set on approx 5 acres of mature trees, gardens and paddocks. We are 15 mins from Rotorua Central, and close to all attractions. Skyline, Thermal Pools and the Redwoods are all within 20 mins. We are an hour away from Hobbiton and Taupo perfect for a day trip. We have Sheep, Chickens and Tonkinese Cats that may say hi. Valley is very cosy with a comfy Queen size Bed and its own Entrance and area to sit and relax. It has its own private en-suite. There are NO cooking facilities, however there is a Toaster, Microwave and Plates etc to make a simple meal and Breakfast. Tea and Coffee are provided and there is a small fridge to keep beverages cold. An Electric Blanket is fitted in the cooler months. Check in time is between 3 and 6pm unless prior arranged and check out time is before 10am. We are a non vape, non smoking property. We have a no party policy, visitors are by arrangement only.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Valley Hideaway. It was a beautiful studio room in a beautiful location. Cathy and Bob were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: Oh my lord! This valley hideaway was one of our favourites on our trip so far. It was an ideal location, beautiful scenery, so quiet, peaceful and tranquil. We loved being at the property and meeting Bob and Cathy. Cannot thank them enough for being so kind, welcoming and warm to us during our stay. They had alot of recommendations on where to go, what to eat it was lovely. They also let us feed their sheep and hold their chickens. It was perfect. We loved the chats and the company. Thank you for having us. We loved our stay. We didn't want to leave. We will definately recommend this to our family and friends. We will be back!

Summary: Fantastic stay in a rural setting only minutes from Rotorua. Room was immaculate on arrival and Bob and Cathy made us feel more than welcome. Never far from all the fun stuff Rotorua has to offer, but far enough to evade the sulphur smell and get some peace and quiet if that's what you're needing. A highly recommended destination.
