Summary: Everything about this experience was wonderful. Communication with Caroline was easy and prompt, the flat was adorable and extremely well-appointed. John, the concierge was kind and thorough in showing us how everything worked. We so appreciated all of the amenities and food and drink left for us. The location is perfect with its own charm and easy access to public transportation. Even my teenager was impressed, saying this was exactly how she pictured a London flat. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to two bus stops and a train station, Pimlico. We were so impressed that pretty much anything we needed was available at the apartment. There was food and drink for breakfast and a bottle of wine. We ate toast with marmalade all week. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water available in n the shower. It was too chilly to enjoy the back patio. There was a patio heater, but we were too tired at night to take advantage of it. The decor and art was lovely. It truly was a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

Summary: Very well-furnished apartment. So comfy, it was truly a home away from home. And the food left for us was very generous too. Great location, 10 minutes from the tube or a delightful walk to the city. The best VRBO we have ever had!

Summary: The caretaker John was there to meet us on our arrival. Very delightful and so knowledgeable about the area and the flat. I can’t say enough of all the thoughtful touches included! Highly recommend this flat. Perfect location and safe neighborhood.

Summary: John is the welcoming concierge who met us upon arrival, providing us with introductory apartment information such as how to use the dishwasher and washer/dryer, which was very much appreciated by us. The informative restaurant guide is also quite useful. The property is cozy with plenty of hot water. The heat worked well when the mornings were chilly. The closets allowed us to hang up our clothes during our 6-day stay. It was nice to have paper towel, tea, dishwashing liquid & other amenities provided when we first arrived at the property. We did not cook, but did use the refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Lighting, particularly in the living/kitchen area was very good. The apartment is located in a very safe, desirable neighborhood. While pubs were within a 6 minute walk, nights at the property were quiet and restful. Pharmacy and grocery were located close by. The Tube is a 12-15 min. walk & signage inside the Tube stations is excellent. Westminster, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben were walkable from here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Summary: Cozy little apartment in a great location. Two outdoor patio spaces made this place perfect for us. Small kitchen but well stock with everything we needed along with a “Starter Kit” of eggs, Bread, butter, ham, cheese, and wine. Very homie kind of place books and art all over the place. Walking distance to the Tube and Tesco Express along with a number or nice restaurants and Pubs. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Summary: As first time visitors to London we were looking for a complete London experience. Caroline’s apartment met all our expectations and then some. The location was a charming neighborhood both quiet, safe and close to wonderful Pubs and restaurants. We were met by John who had helped us navigate to the nearest subway station in close walking distance to the apartment. John gave us a comprehensive overview of the apt facilities. Caroline had left a welcomeing bottle of wine and snacks. The frig was stocked with fixings for breakfast. Kitchen fully stocked with accessories for food prep. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and 3 balconies. Comfort and English charm. We had all our dinners at the local Pubs and restaurants suggested by Caroline. All in close walking distance and food and ambiance what we were looking for. Buckingham Palace was a 30 minute walk.
