Summary: The place was in great condition and the stay was great. The owner lives upstairs and it was easy to ask him for things that were missing (wine glass, etc.). The only thing missing was a Bodum to make coffee and we would have appreciated some body gel and shampoo. Otherwise, everything was great, the garden is beautiful and we had the chance to eat outside all the time.

Summary: Great communication with the owner but the property wasn't quite as advertised. Repainted and some new cabinetry and carpet but shower was very dated and decor needs updating.
