What a stunning holiday property. Elevated to maximise the sun and privacy you will just know when you arrive that this is going to exceed your expectations in every way.
Drop your bags open the various doors leading to sheltered outdoor areas and take in everything this has to offer. Stylish quality kitchen with induction hobbs and dishwasher, you won't mind cooking here. Spacious, quality living areas with various doors opening out to patios and lawn areas for casual dinning and areas for the children to play safely. TV is available in the living room.
Large master with en-suite and doors opening on to a private patio. Three additional spacious well appointed bedrooms, all extremely comfortable with quality linen. Office if you really have to work while you are on holiday. Internal access garaging, plenty of parking and unlimited WIFI.

Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Summary: Perfect for our family of eight. The beach is stunning, and everything is close by. Piccolo Morso cafe is a must! We also enjoyed Joe’s Garage. The house is clean and comfortable, and if we ever came back to New Plymouth we would be happy to stay here!

Summary: We have booked this fabulous property for the last 4 years when we have come down to take part in the Oxfam 100km trailwalker. The house has a fantastic layout, generous bedrooms, great entertaining areas, and an awesome kitchen, all which have made our stays really enjoyable. The only comment I could make was that for some reason with this stay there were only 2 facelothes left out for 6 people & usually there have been enough for everyone - not a major but just a bit of feedback :) Hope to stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, but this house is a bit tired and unloved. Some of the furniture needs a good deep clean, and some things need to be repaired or replaced. I left a list in the house for the appropriate people. Good response from the managing company when the roof leaked ( people there within an hour, and repaired within 7-10 days). A very big house, clean and close to the beach and the walkway. Loved the barbeque area.
