Positive: Location was ideal, communication on access to the property and any other questions was excellent! Very prompt responses on all queries. The complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch.
Negative: Personally, I prefer harder mattresses, so the beds were a little too soft for us. But that's a subjective opinion :)

Positive: The location was convenient, it was in a residential area so it was quiet in the evening. it was a short walk to the metro station, three stops to the central station. Though the apartment was a bit small it was functional, equipped with the facilities we needed. It was good value for money. The communication was excellent, the host responded the message very quickly. Luggage storage for early arrival was allowed. Free airport pickup was a plus.
Negative: One of the bedrooms has no door, it serves as a bedroom and a dining area. There was no separate shower booth. The towels were very old.

Positive: The apartment was easy to find and access. It was also easy to go downtown via metro or bus. It was rather small but had all the necessary amenities we needed. It was also clean and well-kept. Washing machine and dryer was available in the basement of the building and was easy to reserve a slot for. The owner was very responsive to our queries and requests and was very helpful.
Negative: There were fewer food places to eat directly around the property but that didn’t affect us too much as we were downtown most of the time. Note that the luggage storage in the basement was dismantled when we were there due to some renovation works in the building (and there is no lift leading directly to this room, you’d have to use the stairs). These renovation works started at 8am so it was too noisy to rest after that time.

Positive: It is close to metro station and supermarket, easily walk to both. The flat is very clean.
Negative: Firstly, the beds are extremely soft and light until the thin mattress moves daily after we wake up. We pushed our mattress back to the bed base every day. Secondly, the windows in living room cum bigger bedroom are unable to close tightly. During October, wind blow into the room via it and it was very cold at night in that room.

Positive: Location was very good. Convenient to metro. Host provided good instructions to find property. Very much appreciated the airport pickup. Driver waited for us even though our plane was late.
Negative: Apartment needs to be upgraded. It has some obvious wear and tear. It was functional and convenient, but it needs to be modernized. The shower was tiny.

Positive: The location is within a quiet neighbourhood with supermarket and eateries within easy walk, located close to the Royal Park and 25 minutes walk from Skansen, the Vasa, ABBA Museum and many other attractions!
