Summary: No relaxing in this rental as there were mice and ants! Very disappointed in the amount of money we paid! We reached out afterwards to the owner to share this information with no response! Unacceptable!

Summary: First, Dontay is a life saver. Our other VRBO cancelled on us last minute, and he was so gracious and accomodating. He is extremely professional, and a great host. Communication was timely, accurate, and he was very reponsive. We were visiting my daughter at Xavier's parents weekend, the location was easy for everyone to get to, and is close to Xavier, & UC. We had a large group (my parents, plus our family), so the 2 apartments worked out great, allowing my parents to have some quiet time from the rest of us. The little patio out back is really cute, and would be great to use in the summer. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner for our college kids needing some home cooked food, and have some family time. The house is very clean, and tidy - not cluttered, and was easily able to fit all of us in the living room in the front apartment. (There were 7 of us with the college kids there). The parking is tight - 2 cars can fit, but there is an apartment complex for additional parking if needed. This would be a perfect place for 2 couples, or families looking for quiet space and a small gathering space. We will definitely book again when visiting our daughter.
