Summary: The rooms I fell in love with. Hotel is very nice! Just wished that there is access thru the garage! There is outside noise but really am pleased with the hotel and the rooms. Fancy!

Summary: Travelled for my Daughters College orientation, and we were pleased with the check in. The only thing that can improve is parking to check in, and also lowering the cost to park. We purchased a unlimited leave package and due to the distance to get to the garage we only left one time. The rooms were very nice and the pool was clean and heated! Very nice stay. I will be back.

Summary: Very nice! We went to the Reds game with our two boys. It was easy to park out front during check in, the staff was so nice! We could walk across the street to eat and I went to Target next door to grab snacks. Easy drive downtown. Loved the shower! It was quiet at night but we also brought our sound machine. Parking cost $18 but it was very close and safe!

Summary: We came to Cincinnati for a Reds game and to go to the zoo. We lived there about 20 years ago, and enjoy going back for fun and food! This is the first time that we have stayed near University of Cincinnati and it was an excellent choice for us. The distance from the zoo and stadium is perfect. There is a wide variety of food options available near the hotel within walking distance, and a short drive or bus ride. The hotel is clean, welcoming, well kept, and employees are incredibly friendly. There is a calmness about the place that was relaxing. Katie does a wonderful job with the breakfast and is such a pleasant presence in the morning. We would definitely stay here again and be disappointed if she wasn't working. The managers came to help in the breakfast area when it was busy and cleared plates. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would stay again. It is on a busy university street which didn't bother us, it added to our enjoyment. (This hotel is very near our home when we lived there, another bonus!)

Summary: The area had some nice restaurants and stores within walking distance, some even across the street. Parking was behind the hotel at a public parking garage, there was not a attached enclosed walkway,nor is there a back entry until you have a key card. So I would suggest one person get out at the entrance and get a key and one go park The car and meet in the back. Not to bad unless the weather is bad.

Summary: The staff were excellent. The front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful with our questions. The ladies who oversaw breakfast were quick to greet and make sure we were happy. Thank you to all the staff.
