Summary: We were traveling with family. Everything was as advertised and the backyard with hot tub and hammock was nice. The only thing we would have liked was a table and chairs inside to eat at and play card games at.

Summary: Overall good size house probably should be listed as sleeps up to 6. We stayed there with our family of 8. We didn’t feel able to sleep comfortably and definitely not the up to 10 in the description. Air mattress had a leak and sleeper sofa is worn out and really in a bad spot.logistically. When the sofa bed is open it blocks off kitchen and ability to exit the house. There is no dining table just a breakfast bar for 2 and a couple of TV trays. Wifi and livestream apps as well as hot-tub are nice features. Offstreet (also a plus)Parking pad for 2 cars would be a tight squeeze, and it has a high curb for rain drainage that can make parking a little tricky. We planned to eat all our meals there and found the kitchen missing some key essentials, and the 2 microwaves (1 worked/1broken) confusing. Ants were also an issue. The yard seems overgrown and neglected. Great house if less than 6 people for an overnight or a weekend stay!

Summary: The property was the perfect setting for a friends reunion weekend. Centrally located we were able to do a lot without traveling far. With comfy beds, an amazing outdoor space, and great location this is a gem in Cincy.
