Nestled in the heart of historic Colonial Beach, the renovated historic building is perfect for your family and friends getaway. This property is one of the only ones in downtown that gives you 5 minute walking access to most that the city has to offer! The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. With plenty of room to spread out, everyone can have their own gateway to unwind and relax from a day on the beach or walking the town. Below this unit is the Circa 1892 wine and cheese shop, perfect for stocking up on the snacking essentials during your stay!

Upon entering the unit, head upstairs to the bright and open living room and kitchen. With plenty of counter space to cook for your group, enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch before heading down to the beach. Down the hall to the right you will find the in unit laundry as well bathroom, and bedroom. To the left is the other King Size bedroom with huge walk in closet and private bathroom. Both bedrooms are outfitted with king beds.

Summary: This place is exactly as advertised. Couple things left out when we arrived. Some paint cans, trash wasn’t emptied, but aside from that it was awesome. Really clean, decor was good and location was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were mostly happy with our stay It was a great location and a nice space. Just a few things could be improved upon. We found quite a few of the dishes were not clean, we didnt end up needing to use them. Also the main living area was quite cool but the bedrooms were warmer despite several vents, not sure why but with it being as warm as it was this would something that should be looked into. Other than these two items we found it a nice place to stay. Loved being able to walk to everything.

Summary: This is the place I want to stay any time I visit Colonial Beach. It’s the perfect space for me and a friend. We each get our own room and bathroom, have a huge kitchen to utilize, and it’s right in the center of town.

Summary: We cannot say enough about the Mainstay Suits. We have stayed here , as well as the sister suite at 100 Hawthorn. Everything is beautiful and clean. We never have any complaints and we keep rebooking!

Summary: The unit we rented was beautifully updated and very clean. There was an issue with the air conditioner the first night, but the owner was very responsive and had it repaired ASAP. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: We loved our stay here as we ventured to Colonial Beach with our 3 year old who wanted to build sandcastles and our 2 week old infant who just needed a cozy place to nap. This place was perfectly located in the middle of downtown above Circa 1892, a new wine bar in town. It was a 3 min walk to the beach, coffee shops and 5 min walk to ice cream and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the space had plenty of room for our family of 4. While we were able to hear some of the chatter from the streets and from the wine bar, everything settled down after 8:30 and our kids bedtimes weren’t ever disturbed by the noise. We would highly recommend this unit and would definitely book again for a future visit!

Summary: Property is beautiful and nicely updated. This was a perfect location for my friend and I to have a trip away. It provided a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We definitely would stay here again!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and it was offered as described. Cleanliness was the only factor affecting our stay (I.e. hair on towels, floor, bedding; trash can with rotting debris and fruit flies; gum or other things left on floor from previous stay; stains on pillows. But the suite was easily accessible to beachfront and neighborhood, which we walked several times during our stay.

Summary: When we arrived and began to unpack, we found there were no dressers to place clothes in so we lived out of our suitcases for items that were not "hangable." The night stands were extremely small and we were unable to place anything on them. As for the bathrooms, there was only counterspace in one of the two. The shower curtain in the restroom where the washer and dryer are located needed to be wash or replaced. It had mold on it. All that being said, the location was fantastic and easily accessible. It was a bright and cheery condo. Further, it was nice to park in an actual parking space rather than on the street.
