Summary: The stay was nice and convenient location to what we wanted to do. It is an old establishment so it could use some remodeling. However the beds and amenties was all we needed.

Summary: This is a budget beachside hotel. The location is good for Colonial Beach, but the overall quality and cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not totally clean and there were damaged or broken things everywhere. For example, the smoke alarm was simply hanging above the door by its electric connecting cords. It makes you question everything. I will never visit this hotel or the beach again. I also learned that I paid $100 more by booking through this platform. Booking directly was much cheaper. The price on this platform indicating a nicer hotel than in actuality.

Summary: Our company came out for an event to do as a vendor. The hotel was good about letting us check in late & check out late. We even left some of our equipment in the room & they held it for us for an entire week until we could make it back there to get it The location was amazing, right on the beach & by the boardwalk. The offered free breakfast. The waffles were amazing, but the chocolate filled doughnuts were to die for, although I should have had the fruit and yogurt. We were able to get coffee all hours in the cafe. The pool was clean and a nice relaxing area. Definitely our spot when we come back to Colonial Beach. It is literally close to everything so you can walk, no need to drive. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had about the event going on and finding things nearby. We even watched the fireworks from the hotel parking lot.

Summary: They updated the rooms, liked it. Rooms were clean. We stayed for 2 nights, no-one came to our room to bring us clean towels.

Summary: Room smelled really bad and there was a big dead bug under the bed. The Inn has a great location but is in desperate need of renovations. I will stay again after those are done.

Summary: Really loved this place. I had a great experience here. Had no problems with check in, parking, and the rooms were kept clean. The breakfast was standard but still better than most places. The front desk were very helpful as well.

Summary: The staff was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you ever visit Colonial Beach. The fact you could walk outside your door and literally be a the beach was a bonus!
