Positive: We loved the location and how we were able to spend time together at the house as there were many things to do!
Negative: The pool was a little dirty, and the trees overhanging the pool kept us from getting in the pool.

Positive: We were in town for a family wedding and loved how close it was to downtown, where most of our activities were. Having the pool and hot tub were a bonus and we used them each day.
Negative: It's not really a dislike, just a suggestion to put a shower stool in the walk-in shower to make it easier to rest your leg while shaving and a shelf or shower caddy to put soaps, shampoos, etc... on would be helpful so we wouldn't have to bend over to get them off the shower floor.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property.

Positive: Fully furnished with all our needs, about a 20 minute walk to downtown. The house had a perfect setup for our family of 5.
Negative: The pool towels were not cleaned upon arrival, the pool was dirty and took a full 24 hours to repair the vacuum, the master bedroom mattress was way too soft and quite uncomfortable. There was lack of communication on early arrival time and expectations which resulted in us having to wait an extra hour to enter the house and was quite frustrating.
Summary: Excellent home in an excellent location for a visit to St. Augustine!

Negative: A lot of rules to follow which aren’t really necessary, makes you nervous that you are going to do something wrong. A few things never got sorted for us that were missing or broken when we arrived.
Summary: Lovely villa, pool is great with kids, strict rules.

Positive: Great location, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was great for the kids after walking around town all day.
Negative: There were some loose coping pieces around the pool it was very dirty when we arrived. Also the kitchen cabinets were a little difficult to use and it felt like they were going to fall out on me. These were minor issues and we had a wonderful time overall
